We’re excited you’ve chosen AC to bring your fashion vision to life. We’re committed to exceeding your expectations with a unique, luxury experience. You’re officially welcome to the AC family, and we can’t wait to craft your final look.

Please take a moment to read through our process carefully. Once you’re done, you’ll fill out a consultation form and be redirected to a checkout page to make payment for your consultation.

CONSULTATION

We require a non-refundable consultation fee of ₦150,000 / $100, which goes toward understanding your style preferences, body type, and skin tone. During this session, we’ll make professional recommendations and take your virtual measurements (if you’re out of town — ensure you have a tape measure).

💡 If you’re purchasing one of our ready-made designs, you can skip the consultation fee unless you need virtual measurements (₦30,000 / $30).

After payment, you’ll receive a receipt and be scheduled for your consultation via your preferred video platform. You may also send in accurate self-taken measurements if you prefer.

PROCESSING TIME

Our timeline depends on the complexity and type of outfit ordered:

  • Evening/Prom Dresses: 2–10 weeks

  • Luxury or Bridal Gowns: 5–20 weeks

These are estimates only. We encourage early bookings to avoid rush and allow us enough time to perfect your outfit. Be sure to communicate your event date when placing your order.

🚚 Shipping takes 3–6 days via express courier once your order is completed.

FITTINGS & DELIVERY

For clients outside our location, fittings are done virtually, using a model with your measurements to confirm fit and make necessary adjustments. This method has been tested and trusted — so you’re in safe hands.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

We offer a flexible installment plan (2–3 installments or monthly). However:

  • Production starts when 50% of the total fee has been paid

  • Fabric sourcing & virtual measurement begins after your first deposit

You’ll receive a secure payment link (via card/PayPal) — we do not access your card details.

DRESS PRODUCTION

Once your initial deposit is confirmed:

  1. Fabric sourcing begins

  2. Dress construction starts

  3. You receive pictures/videos for feedback

  4. We perform a fit test on someone close to your size

  5. Upon final approval, you’ll receive a 50% balance payment link

  6. After payment, your outfit is shipped via DHL EXPRESS (4–6 days delivery)
